The Arc Foundation of Monroe is celebrating over 30 years of empowering people supported and employed by The Arc of Monroe. The Foundation is committed to raising funds to support the meaningful and necessary mission of The Arc of Monroe.
The Foundation works to ensure that the donated funds be primarily used for the following purposes:
To help ensure the future of The Arc preserving its strong heritage of quality services to the people they support.
To strengthen or preserve the quality of services to the people The Arc supports.
To provide opportunities for the people The Arc supports.
To generally further the professional development of The Arc’s staff.
To deepen community connection for people supported or employed by The Arc of Monroe and further awareness of The Arc of Monroe within our community.

Tracy is deeply passionate about the mission of the Foundation and The Arc of Monroe, bringing with her a wealth of experience in non-profit marketing, fundraising, and event management. She understands the challenges faced by the people we support and leads a dedicated team of fundraisers, marketers, and advocates who are committed to creating meaningful opportunities for success. Her extensive background helps her craft strategies that not only engage the community but also foster genuine connections. Tracy’s empathy drives her work as she collaborates closely with the Foundation’s board of directors, staff, and community partners to ensure that their efforts are aligned with the needs of those we serve. Kim plays a vital role in the coordination and management of the Foundation’s core systems, ensuring the seamless operation of bookkeeping, financial transaction processing, and the administration of its database that includes charitable funds, organizations, and individuals. Her work is characterized by a commitment to accuracy and efficiency, which is essential for maintaining the integrity of the Foundation’s financial operations. With a strong dedication to fostering relationships, Kim collaborates effectively with Foundation board members, fund holders, donors, and non-profit leaders. She takes pride in her ability to provide support and guidance to these key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism. In addition to her financial responsibilities, Kim also oversees office management and administrative tasks, contributing to a well-organized and responsive environment that reflects the Foundation’s mission and values. Furthermore, she coordinates the Foundation’s volunteer efforts, cultivating a supportive and engaging experience for volunteers who are essential to the organization’s success.
