Sporting Clays Tournament
Join us for a day in the great outdoors in support of The Arc of Monroe! Our Sporting Clays Tournament has become a beloved event, drawing sport shooting enthusiasts from all over the Rochester area. In 2025, participants will enjoy healthy competition and a fun afternoon of sport shooting clays. The tournament is shot in teams of 4 players and played over a course of 12 shooting stations laid around the course. The event will also have a raffle, silent auction and conclude with cocktails, dinner & prizes for top teams.
We invite experienced shooters to sign up for this event and to bring their own gun – that way they’ll feel comfortable and safe with their personal firearm. The first consideration in shooting a round of sporting clays is always safety!

A Toast to The Arc
A Toast to The Arc – The Arc of Monroe’s signature gala – is a dazzling night of celebration and fun as we honor people who have supported and partnered with The Arc in powerful ways over the past year. This year we will convene at the stunning Harro East Ballroom, exuding the elegance and grandeur of a bygone era.
We’ll enjoy hors d’oeuvres, a grand charcuterie display, your choice of four plated meals, an open bar and even a signature cocktail.
Throughout the evening, Rochester Artist Lorraine Staunch, known for her stunning murals, will paint a one-of-a-kind piece just for A Toast to The Arc that will be auctioned off at the end of the night!
And once the festivities are over, grab your dancing shoes as we dance the night away to the music of The Skycoasters.
Start Your Own Fundraiser: Host a Third-Party Event to Support The Arc!
A third party event is an activity hosted by an outside party to raise money on behalf of an organization. Friends like you make it possible to transform the lives of people with disabilities, while strengthening awareness and respect for individual abilities. As The Arc of Monroe supporters, you can create a fundraising event and gather your friends to support The Arc’s mission. This drums up excitement, drives fundraising activity, and attracts new donors who correlate a fun, meaningful experience with The Arc!
Not only do fundraisers help bring in donations, but they also introduce an entirely new network of supporters to our cause. Guests who aren’t familiar with The Arc of Monroe donate to our mission, all the while partaking in a hands-on activity that creates positive associations with us!
